​Another term you may hear associated with mental skills training is “sport psychology.” You might have heard of common mental skills like confidence, imagery, anxiety regulation, self-talk, goal-setting, communication, and mindfulness, to name a few. In our sessions together, I will start by helping you become aware of what is holding you back from your best performance. I will then help you design an individualized mental skills program designed with techniques to help you turn your weaknesses into strengths. Your program is unique to YOU and YOUR needs and goals. No prescribed, cookie-cutter programs here. Every athlete and performer is different, and has very unique needs for personal improvement. You will leave almost every session with specific tools (homework) to practice and test out. Next time we meet, we'll discuss the previous week. What worked? What didn’t work? What can we adjust to make this program even more effective for you? Plan to leave with science-backed, evidence-based tools--tailored to YOU-- to improve your MENTAL GAME!​

Individual Athletes and Performers

One-on-One Consultations

*Initial INDIVIDUAL Intake session (1 hour): $120

*One-hour INDIVIDUAL session (following the Intake): $95

*Half-hour INDIVIDUAL session (following the Intake): $45

*Performance observation (up to 1.5 hours per performance): $75 each

*Skype or Phone Call Session: Flat rate, $1/minute
(for preexisting clients only)
